Mistral offers EU-hosted voice agents for support teams

According to Mistral AI, Voxtral 3 is a family of speech-to-text and text-to-speech models plus a voice agent SDK for real-time, multi-step conversations. Transcription is said to cover more than 50 languages, including 24 official EU languages, and speech synthesis more than 35 languages. It is available through Mistral's EU-hosted API or self-deployment, with control over where audio is processed and whether it is retained.
