About cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They let the site work properly and remember some information from one page to the next.
The cookies we use
We use first-party cookies, set by IASWITCH, and third-party cookies, set by other companies. We sort them into three categories:
- Necessary: running the site, the AI assistant's bot check and remembering your preferences. Always on.
- Statistics: measuring site traffic. Only with your consent.
- Marketing: measuring how our campaigns perform. Only with your consent.
Change your preferences
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
Delete cookies
You can delete stored cookies at any time in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Without cookies, some features, such as the AI assistant, will ask you to verify again.
Your data
The information you send us, through the contact form or the AI assistant, is used only to reply to you. We do not sell it. It is processed by IASWITCH and by the technical providers acting on our behalf, in line with the GDPR, and kept as long as needed to handle your request. When a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides.
The site and its database run on our own infrastructure, in Belgium.
