Rainbow adds Europe-hosted AI without changing your tools

According to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, the Rainbow collaboration platform now includes Rainbow Premium, an AI offer hosted and operated in Europe. The first version covers meeting minutes, voicemail transcription, live captions and translation, and translation of documents placed in the Files area. ALE says the offer mainly targets the public sector and organisations in health and defence.
