Divalto adds AI agents to its SME ERP and CRM

According to LeMagIT, software vendor Divalto has launched Divalto one AI, an AI agent platform built into its SaaS ERP and CRM products for SMEs and mid-sized firms. The platform includes a natural-language assistant, a catalog of agents, a builder, and a workflow module. Divalto says agents inherit ERP and CRM permissions and ask a person to confirm actions when validation is needed or confidence is low.

What it changes for an SME
If you already run Divalto ERP or CRM in SaaS, staff may over time query the system in natural language and have agents prepare some tasks, with a person still required to approve sensitive steps. According to Divalto, agents cannot exceed existing application rights, and administrators set allowed uses and approval points. The vendor says customer data is not used to train the models behind the features. If you do not use Divalto, this launch does not change your costs, timelines or compliance position in the near term.
